Galvanized Fasteners

We produce various types of Hot Dip Galvanized Bolts,  Fasteners, Nuts & Washers. The Bolts , Nuts & Washers  made using different grades of steel as per customer's requirement. These  Bolts , Nuts & Washers are  taken to the Zinc tank and dipped into the melted zinc vessel to get layer of zinc coated over the material.This zinc layer is life long and prevents the material from getting rusted . After the Hot Dip process the nuts are re-tapped to remove the extra Zinc coating from the threaded area. Now the nuts and washers are then fitted on the zinc coated bolts and finally packed for dispatch for the required destination. These Hot Dipped Galvanized Bolts , Nuts  & Washers are mainly used for transmission lines. We also have provision for Zinc Plating and Auto Black finishing.
